The Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care is a natural next step for those who have completed a Level 3 Diploma. This course is applicable to a variety of roles such as workers with key responsibilities for delivery of care and support and/or a level of supervisory responsibility for others, such as Lead Adult Care workers, Senior Care Assistants and Team Leaders.
The Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care is specifically designed for Care Coordinator and Senior Carers in a supervisory position who are in Adult Care and may work in residential or nursing homes, domiciliary care, day centres, a person’s own home or some clinical healthcare settings.
