The Induction Training programme is delivered by our Care Manager specialist tutors and is for staff in domiciliary and community care services, residential and nursing care homes, day care and individual care workers. This will equip staff with the knowledge and understanding required to
undertake their role with confidence.

The programme is delivered flexibly in eleven individual 1 hour webinar workshops and includes access to operational policies and procedures relating to the topic provided by our sector partner Quality Compliance Systems (QCS).
